Harshad Damle
Director
Harshad Damle is a Nagpur-based builder and developer, and the driving force behind Soham Construction. A civil engineer by training, he chose entrepreneurship early on, deciding to build something of his own rather than pursuing a more conventional path.
Starting with small, hands-on projects, he built his business from the ground up through consistent execution, quality workmanship, and strong word-of-mouth referrals. Over the past 15+ years, he has delivered multiple residential projects across Nagpur while remaining closely involved at every stage of construction.
Known for his no-compromise approach to quality and transparent dealings, he believes that long-term trust matters more than short-term gains.His journey reflects a simple philosophy, "do the work right, and growth will follow."
